What forms of payment does The2wayStore.com accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, company check, personal check, or money order. For any other payment method, please contact us.
Does the price include programming?
There is NO CHARGE for programming any equipment purchased from The2wayStore.com. We also offer free reprogramming of any equipment purchased on-line. If you need us to reprogram any other equipment we will gladly do it for a fee of $20 for the first radio and $5 for any additional radios programmed identically to the first.
Can I match programming to my existing equipment?
Yes you can! If you know your information just provide it to us via email. If you are unsure than just send us one of your radios and we will make sure that your new equipment is programmed to match it. This is a no charge service.
Do you provide repairs for my radios?
While your radio is still under Motorola warranty, it can be returned to us. Our in-house Motorola
Authorized Service Center uses state-of-the-art, calibrated, test and diagnostic equipment. We use only genuine Motorola parts and our staff has decades of experience and factory training. Your equipment will be quickly and expertly diagnosed and repaired. |
